Title: Subject: DIRECT REFERRAL. Recommendation: The Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a project agreement with the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for an Urban Nonpoint Source and Stormwater Management Program Grant for Island Park Streambank Stabilization on the west leg of the Root River in the amount of $67,500.00 with 44%, or $30,000.00, being state funded and the local share being 56%, or $37,500.00. Further recommends that funding for the local share be appropriated from Account 104.985.5420, Storm Sewer Projects, Various Locations. Fiscal Note: Funds are available as herein delineated.
