RESOLVED, that Contract 01-06 (K6-001), West Racine Asbestos Abatement and Building Demolition, be awarded to AZAR LLC, Racine, WI, at their bid price of $109,090.00, they being the lowest responsible bidder.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding to defray the cost of this public works project be appropriated from Account 971.000.5030, Demolition-TID No. 11.
