Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to enter into a three-party agreement with the State of Wisconsin and Strand Associates, Inc., for professional design engineering services for the reconstruction of Washington Avenue (STH 20) from Roosevelt Avenue to West Boulevard, State Project ID: 2440-09-00, for the not-to-exceed cost of $1,598,977.37, with the City's share being $399,744.30 or 25%, and the State's share being $1,199,233.07 or 75%.
Fiscal Note: Funds to defray the cost of these professional services are available in the 2015 CIP.
