Recommendation of Downtown Area Design Review Commission on 6-7-07: That the plans submitted by Jennifer Tapp for a façade remodeling project at 413 - 6th Street be approved, subject to the following conditions:

 

A. That the plans presented to the Downtown Area Design Review Commission on May 9, 2007 be approved subject to the following conditions.
