Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter in a Professional Services Agreement with Industrial Roofing Services, Inc., to prepare plans and specifications and project administration for Exterior Masonry Restoration at Tyler-Domer Community Center at a not to exceed cost of $4,900.00 plus reimbursable costs.
