Conditional Use Permit for 1440 Main Street

 

Resolved, that a conditional use permit for a fifteen (15) unit residential condominium building located at 1440 Main Street be approved, subject to the following conditions: 

 

a.                     That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on June 11, 2008 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein. 

 

b.                     That occupancy permits and all other applicable permits be requested from the Building Department. 

 

c.                     That the use of the property at 1440 Main Street as a fifteen (15) unit residential condominium building is authorized by ZOrd.0003-08 and by the use supplement recommended for approval by the Plan Commission on June 11, 2008, and adopted by a resolution of the Common Council. 

 

d.                     That all buildings and grounds be maintained in a professional manner and on a daily basis. 

 

e.                     That all appropriate condominium documents and easements be recorded at the register of deeds, following submittal for review and approval by the Director of City Development. 

 

f.                     That all trash and recyclables be stored in stored closed containers and screened from view. 

 

g.                     That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired. 

 

h.                     That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Plan Commission, and no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Common Council. 

 

i.                     That this Conditional Use Permit is subject to review by the Plan Commission for Compliance with the listed condition. 

 

j.                     That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Plan Commission and no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Common Council. 

 

k.                     That this permit is subject to review by the Plan Commission for compliance with the listed conditions.
