Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 10.08.24: To authorize and approve the Commissioner of Public Works to sign the agreement to ensure that the City of Racine continues to receive Federal financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and that the City of Racine is subject to and will comply with all Statutory and Regulatory Authorities in accordance with 49 CFR Part 21.7(a). Fiscal Note: There is no cost to the City of Racine to sign the agreement and it ensures the City of Racine will continue to receive Federal financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
