Dekoven Avenue from Holborn St. to Clark St.
Elisa Drive from City Limits to Ostergaard Ave.*
Foxwood Road from City Limits to Walden Way
Foxwood Road from Walden Way to City Limits
Jonathon Drive from Cul-de-sac to North Main St.(west cul-de-sac)
Kentucky Street from Taylor Ave. to Cul-de-sac
Seventeenth Street from Indiana St. to Kentucky St.
Sheffield Drive from North Bay Dr. to Lighthouse Dr.
West Lawn Avenue from Republic Ave. to Victory Ave.
* Some coordination with the Village of Mt. Pleasant will be required.*
Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 01-10-23: That a preliminary resolution be introduced for the paving of streets listed above.
Fiscal Note: These are assessable city projects; all costs will be paid by the abutting property owners. City staff will coordinate with the Village of Mount Pleasant for payment of their pro rata share of the construction work on Elisa Drive.
