Area privilege fee at all times. The annual fee for each lineal foot of curb space covered by an area privilege shall be $26.00 if payable on or before June 30, or $13.00 if payable after June 30. ORDINANCE NO. 23-06

To create Sec. 94-166 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Traffic and Vehicles - Area privilege fees at all times.

The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:

Part 1:

Sec. 94-166 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby created to read as follows:

"Sec. 94-166.  Area privilege fee at all times.

The annual fee for each lineal foot of curb space covered by an area privilege shall be $26.00 if payable on or before June 30, or $13.00 if payable after June 30.  No person may park any vehicle in any area privilege zones authorized under this division at any time."

Part 2:

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
