Recommendation: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a 3-party contract with the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Clark Dietz, Inc. for professional design engineering services for reconstructing Ohio Street from Durand Avenue (STH 11) to Twentyfirst Street, State Project ID: 2704-05-00, for the not-to-exceed cost of $184,683.25, which is funded 80% by the State of Wisconsin, or $147,746.60, and 20% by the City of Racine, or $36,936.65. Further recommends that funds to defray the cost of these professional services be appropriated from Account 988.908.5060, Ohio Street - 21st Street to Durand Avenue.
