Title
Agreement with Village of Mt. Pleasant for Paving
Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with the Village of Mt. Pleasant for the rubbilization and overlaying of bituminous concrete on 16th Street from STH 31 to Ostergaard Avenue.
Further resolved, that the City of Racine agrees to pay 48% of the construction cost for its share of the construction project for the rubbilization and placement of bituminous concrete and 36% of the engineering, legal and administrative costs which are currently estimated at $106,117.00. The City of Racine's final cost will be based upon the actual cost to perform the work on the City's share of the project based upon actual bid pricing.
Further resolved, that funds to defray the cost of this work are available in the intergovernmental shared sewer revenue fund.
