Subject: Communication sponsored by Mayor Mason - Allocation of FY2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to the Healthy Homes Rehabilitation Program.
Staff Recommendation: That the CDBG Advisory Board recommends approval of the allocation of $189,999 in FY 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to support the Healthy Homes Rehabilitation Program.
Fiscal Note: The total allocation for the Healthy Homes Rehabilitation Program will not exceed $189,999 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. Sufficient CDBG funds are available within the City’s FY2026 allocation to support the proposed program activities. Approval of this allocation will provide funding for eligible housing rehabilitation activities and will have no impact on the City’s General Fund.
