Title: Amend 5812 21st Street Resolved, that the request by Time Warner Cable to update the main building, demolish a building, re-do the parking lot and landscaping, and other changes to the site located at 5812 twenty-first street is approved, subject to the following conditions: a. That the plans submitted to the Plan Commission May 29, 2013, are approved subject to conditions contained herein. b. That all applicable building and occupancy permits be obtained from the Building Inspection department. c. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired. d. That the hours of operation be from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and that individuals needing to staff the HUB building be allowed to be on site at any time due to demand or emergency. e. Resolved, that the request by Time Warner Cable to update the main building, demolish a building, re-do the parking lot and landscaping, and other changes to the site located at 5812 twenty-first street is approved, subject to the following conditions:

a. That the plans submitted to the Plan Commission May 29, 2013, are approved subject to conditions contained herein.
b. That all applicable building and occupancy permits be obtained from the Building Inspection department.
c. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired.
d. That the hours of operation be from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and that individuals needing to staff the HUB building be allowed to be on site at any time due to demand or emergency.
e. That the applicant shall provide Staff a revised parking plan for review and approval prior to the issuance of any building permit.
f. That wheel stops shall be installed as required per the zoning ordinance prior to issuance of an occupancy permit.
g. That the applicant shall provide Staff a revised landscaping plan for review and approval by the Department of City Development prior to the issuance of any building permit.
h. That no outdoor storage of building or work materials, including cable and other items associated with the business, shall be permitted.
i. That signage is not approved for this plan. Any request for signage shall be reviewed and approved by the Department of City Development prior to installation.
j. That the building shall be painted with the approved color scheme prior to issuance of an occupancy permit.
k. That the dumpsters shall be enclosed by 6-foot opaque fencing with gates in the front prior to issuance of an occupancy permit.
l. That the maximum height of the fencing shall not exceed 6-feet.
