Subject: Review of a facade remodeling project for Sharon and Keith Seib at 606 College Avenue.
Recommendation of Downtown Area Design Review on 6-7-07: that the plans submitted by Sharon and Keith Seib for a façade remodeling project at 606 - College Avenue be approved for the section floor phase of the project, subject to the following conditions:
a. That the plans presented to the Downtown Area Design Review Commission on June 7, 2007, only for the second floor phase of the project be approved subject to the following conditions.
b. That a hold harmless agreement be entered into between the building owner and the City, if improvements illustrated in the approved plans project into public rights-of-ways.
c. That all signs be professionally made, comply with all applicable ordinance, and be submitted to the Downtown Area Design Review Commission for review and approval.
d. That no minor changes be made to the conditions of this approval without the review and approval of the Director of City Development, and no major changes be made without the approval of the Downtown Area Design Review Commission.
