Further recommends that the basis of the City's offer to purchase be established by independent appraisal. Further recommends that the City Attorney and Commissioner of Public Works be authorized and directed to take the necessary steps to facilitate the acquisition of the parcels required for this project. Fiscal Note: The estimated cost to acquire these 5 partial parcels is estimated at $80,000.00. Funding to be appropriated in the 2012-2016 Capital Improvement Program using inter-governmental revenue funds.
