Recommendation of the Finance & Personnel Committee on 01-25-10: Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 01-25-10: The negotiated Racine Police Department Staff Officers Association agreement for years 2009-2010 be approved with the following budgetary transfers: 1) Transfer up to $32,100 of 2009 Wage Provision, 101.990.5010, in 2009 as follows: $24,820 to Police-Salaries, 101.311.5010, $5,200 to Police-Wisconsin Retirement, 101.311.5110, $1,920 to Police-FICA, 101.311.5120 and $160 to Police-Longevity, 101.311.5180. 2) Transfer up to $32,340 of 2010 Contingency, 101.990.5970, in 2010 as follows: $24,820 to Police-Salaries, 101.311.5010, $5,440 to Police-Wisconsin Retirement, 101.311.5110, $1,920 to Police-FICA, 101.311.5120 and $160 to Police-Longevity, 101.311.5180.
