(Res.10-2158) Recommendation of the Finance & Personnel Committee on 8-23-10: The Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection for weights and measures inspection services. Fiscal Note: The City will be charged for 33 days, for the 2010-2011 fiscal year at $400 per day to cover the cost of services rendered. Annual fees payable to the Department shall be in the amount of $13,200, except as otherwise agreed upon for succeeding contract periods.
