Subject: (Direct Referral) Request of the Committee for the appearance of Michigan Pub, Zachary Morrow, Agent, 1300 Michigan Boulevard, to discuss incidents that have occured at the establishment over the past six months.
Recommendation of the Public Safety and Licensing Committee on 3-10-08: That the item be deferred until the next Public Safety and Licensing Committee meeting on March 24, 2008.
Recommendation of the Public Safety and Licensing Committee on 3-24-08: That the item be referred to the City Attorney to work with the (Agent) Zachary Morrow on an agreement which will address employing off-duty officers as security for said premises through June 29, 2008, Mr. Morrow and his partner rotate shifts so that one or the other will always be there in the evening, they have a working security camera, and that Mr. Morrow re-appear before the Public Safety and Licensing Committee for review at the end of June 2008.
