Permission for Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a fee-for-service agreement with Division of Employment and Training on behalf of Department of Workforce Development for public health services for eligible refugees
Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a fee-for-service contract with the Division of Employment and Training on behalf of the Department of Workforce Development for public health services to eligible refugees. The contract period is October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009 in an amount up to $12,750.
Fiscal Note: The fee-for-service amount is up to $12,750.
