Title: Allocation of 2007 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds Resolved, that the recommended allocation of 2007 Community Development Block Grant funds be approved, to place in the Local Option Fund any funds received in excess of those allocated; to reduce the Local Option Fund accordingly if the funds received are less than those allocated; to authorize and direct the appropriate City officials to execute and submit the appropriate documents on the City's behalf to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to secure the City's 2007 Community Development Block Grant funds; and to authorize the appropriate City officials to execute third-party contracts with agencies approved for use of 2007 Community Development Block Grant funds. Fiscal Note: The City expects to receive a 2007 Community Development Block Grant of no less than $2,007,000.
