Recommendation: That Harbor Fest, Inc. be granted permission to close Festival Park Drive between 5^th Street and 6^th Street, and 5^th Street between Festival Park Drive and Lake Avenue, for Harbor Fest from 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 21, 2007 thru 8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 25, 2007, in accordance with their request.
