Staff Recommendation to the Public Works and Services Commitee on 04.14.26: That permanent speed humps be installed on Michigan Boulevard in the blocks as presented by the Commissioner of Public Works during construction operations for the resurfacing of Michigan Boulevard in 2026. Fiscal Note: There will be minimal additional cost for the installation of permanent speed humps , which will be included in the cost of the scheduled paving project.
