Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 05-10-16: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an Access Agreement with T-Mobile Central, LLC., for a cellular service property/easement at 1301 W. 6th Street.  This agreement will be for a five (5) year initial term, plus four 5-year extension terms.

Fiscal Note:  T-Mobile Central, LLC., will pay $10,400 for 2016 with a three percent (3%) annual escalator.
