Agreement with Healthstat for Clinic Services
Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to enter into an agreement with Healthstat, Inc. to provide clinic services for an inter-local health and wellness clinic.
Fiscal Note: Clinic costs will flow through the City's health care fund. Clinic costs are anticipated to be offset by claims diversion. The agreement will include a performance guarantee for cost savings.
