HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT TO REPLACE PORCH AT 1240 ERIE STREET
Body
RESOLVED, that the property owner of 1240 Erie Street be granted permission to replace a porch that extends onto City right-of-way, as requested, with the stipulation that a hold harmless agreement be executed, in accordance with Wis. Stat. sec. 66.0425, Privileges in Streets.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the property owner be charged a $50.00 fee to cover costs associated with filing this item with the Register of Deeds office.
