Title
Off-Premises Signage at 25 Gaslight Drive
Resolved, that the request by Tracy Diehl, representing Double Tree Hotels by Hilton, seeking an amendment to the Gaslight Pointe mixed use planned development to reestablish off-premises signage at 25 Gaslight Drive (Gaslight Pointe Parking Garage) is approved, subject to the following conditions:
a. That plans presented to the Plan Commission at the September 28, 2016 meeting be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.
b. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired, unless otherwise excepted herein.
c. That this approval is limited to only the ground sign in a reduced size with increased height, with final plans to be submitted for review and approval.
d. That final design of this sign be approved by the Downtown Area Design Review Commission and that representatives of Double Tree by Hilton work with staff of the Parking and Transit Commission to execute all appropriate agreements.
e. That this permit is subject to review by the Plan Commission for compliance with the listed conditions.
f. That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Plan Commission, and no major changes shall be made from the conditions of the permit without the approval of the Common Council.
