RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into and accept a $100,000 agreement with the State of Wisconsin Office of Justice Assistance, Youth Gang Diversion Program Grant (Grant Control No. 2005-045) to be utilized for Safe Haven Gang Diversion, Racine Vocational Ministries Gang Diversion Youth Leadership, and the YMCA Strong Communities.
