Title
3724 Durand Ave Certified Survey Map
That the certified survey map for 3724 Durand Avenue is approved, subject to the following conditions:
a. That the Certified Survey Map as prepared by American Surveying Company, Inc. as presented to the Plan Commission on June 11, 2014 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.
b. That the point of beginning at the southwest corner of the current Lot 1 be indicated on the Certified Survey Map prior to recording.
c. That on sheet 1 of 5 of the Certified Survey Map, the Lot #2 parcel number be corrected to read ‘276-00-00-23860’.
d. That the mutual parking and access agreement shall be recorded with the CSM document at the Register of Deeds.
e. That a copy of the recorded Certified Survey Map be provided to the Department of City Development within 30 days of recording.
