Fiscal Note: The estimated cost is $34,400. The grant provides matching funds up to 50% of the project cost with an additional 10% for municipalities that conduct a boating safety and enforcement and education program approved by WisDNR. The local share for this project will be budgeted jointly by the Racine Harbor Commission and the Park, Recreation and Cultural Services Department in the 2013 Capital Improvement Program.
