Further recommends that the City of Racine agrees to eliminate the two year notification of cancellation which is contained in the current contract and agrees to dispose of solid waste at the Kestrel Hawk Landfill, which is owned by Republic Services, Inc., for the remainder of its 8-year anticipated life. Fiscal Note: This agreement will result in savings to the City of approximately $115,000.00 per year.
