Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 01-13-15: That Change Order No. 1 to Contract 39-14 (K4-039), 2014 Sidewalk Replacement, Phase ll (R1), RAZA of Racine, LLC., contractor, as submitted, be approved in the deduct amount of ($157,325.36).
Further recommends that the funding accounts be adjusted by the following amounts:
