Part 2: This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication. To amend Sec. 70-101(a) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services - Parks; Closing hours.

The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:

Part 1:

Sec. 70-101(a) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by inserting after "law enforcement officers," the phrase, "city concession contractors and employees thereof for a period not more than 45 minutes after park closing but only while actively engaged in their work,".

Part 2:

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
