Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Graef-USA, Inc., for Festival Hall and Mound Cemetery Air Conditioning
Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Graef-USA, Inc., for the design of air conditioning replacement at Festival Hall and for a new air conditioning unit at Mound Cemetery, at a price not-to-exceed $11,550.00.
Further resolved, that funds to defray the cost of these professional services be appropriated from the following accounts:
$ 4,300.00 - Acct. 403.989.5040, Disaster Recovery Server Rm AC
$ 7,250.00 - Acct. 108.989.5010, Fest. Hall Rooftop AC Condenser
$11,550.00 - Total
