STIPULATIONS FOR FUNDRAISER ROJO'S PUB 1311 YOUT STREET
RESOLVED, that permission be granted to Rojo’s Pub, 1311 Yout Street, to close Charles Street from Douglas Avenue to Yout Street, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 29, 2006, for a fundraiser, with the following stipulations:
A. A hold harmless agreement be executed;
B. Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event;
C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor;
D. The sponsor shall notify all abutting property owners seventy-two (72) hours in advance of this event.
E. No alcohol beverages will be sold and/or dispensed within the street right-of-way.
F. Any tents placed on the public right-of-way shall not be anchoredto the roadway surface by any means.
G. The sponsor shall pay a $250.00 special event fee.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works/City Engineer and Chief of Police provide limited assistance, in the interest of public safety, to implement this event.
FISCAL NOTE: There will be nominal costs to various City departments, on a regular shift basis, in implementing this event.
