Resolved, that Contract 32-08 (K8-036), 2008 Storm and Sanitary Sewer Lining, be awarded to Visu-Sewer Clean & Seal, Inc., Pewaukee, WI, at their bid price of $780,410.00, they being the lowest responsible bidder.
Further resolved, that funding to defray the cost of this public works project be appropriated from the following accounts:
