Part 3: This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication. To amend Secs. 66-804 and 66-806 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Truancy.

The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:

Part 1:

Sec. 66-804 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by adding the following at the end of the section:

"(10)  Order the person to perform community service."

Part 2:

Sec. 66-806 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by adding the following at the end of the section:

"(3)  Order the person to perform community service."

Part 3:

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
