Title
Conditional Use Permit to operate a motorcycle/scooter repair facility at 1427 Junction Avenue be approved with conditions
Resolved, that the request from Ed Bauer to operate a motorcycle and scooter repair facility at 1427 Junction Avenue be approved subject to the following conditions:
a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on May 11, 2011 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.
b. That all applicable building and occupancy permits be obtained from the Building Inspection Department.
c. That the hours the establishment is open to the general public be from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays, with no hours on Sunday.
d. That no vehicle sales be conducted at this location.
e. That there be no painting done, except by hand as minor touch-up work, at this location.
f. That all junk and trash generated by the business shall be stored inside until taken to a trash facility. Oil shall be disposed of in line with EPA guidelines.
g. That all activity of the business be conducted indoors, all equipment be located indoors, and that there be no external storage of equipment or work activities done outside the building.
h. No tow truck shall be stored at this location.
i. That all future signs comply with the zoning ordinance requirements, be professionally made, and be subject to review and approval of the Uptown Corridor Committee.
j. That all codes and ordinances shall be complied with and required permits acquired.
k. That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Plan Commission and no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Common Council.
l. That this permit is subject to Plan Commission review for compliance with the listed conditions.
