Title: Permission granted to Racine County Convention & Visitors Bureau, d/b/a Real Racine, to use the parking lot at the end of Barker Street on June 19 and 20, 2010 for the World Series of Watercross, contingent upon entering into a Hold Harmless Agreement with the City and with certain stipulations Resolved, that permission be granted to Racine County Convention & Visitors Bureau, d/b/a Real Racine, to use the parking lot at the end of Barker Street along the south right-of-way line for the World Series of Watercross on June 19 and 20, 2010, with the following stipulations: A. A hold harmless agreement be executed. B. Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event. C. Proper fueling equipment is used to eliminate environmental concerns. D. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor. Resolved, that permission be granted to Racine County Convention & Visitors Bureau, d/b/a Real Racine, to use the parking lot at the end of Barker Street along the south right-of-way line for the World Series of Watercross on June 19 and 20, 2010, with the following stipulations:
 
A.  A hold harmless agreement be executed.
B.  Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event.
C.  Proper fueling equipment is used to eliminate environmental concerns.
D.  Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor.
 
Further resolved, that the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department, Commissioner of Public Works/Engineer and Chief of Police provide limited assistance in the interest of public safety to implement this event.
 
Fiscal Note:  There will be nominal costs to various City departments on a regular shift basis to assist in implementing this event.
