Title: Conditional Use Permit for 3213 Michigan Boulevard Resolved, that the request by Keith Haas, representing Racine Water & Wastewater Utilities, seeking a conditional use permit at 3213 Michigan Blvd. for an emergency generator be approved, subject to the following conditions: a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on June 11, 2008 be approved, subject to the conditions contained herein. b. That all applicable building and occupancy permits be obtained from the Building Inspection Department. c. That the generator and all accessory items be painted a darker / pine green color so as to blend into the surrounding area. d. The applicant shall provide proof of an access easement or similar legal document which allows for the generator and accessory items to be maintained & repaired. Resolved, that the request by Keith Haas, representing Racine Water & Wastewater Utilities, seeking a conditional use permit at 3213 Michigan Blvd. for an emergency generator be approved, subject to the following conditions:  
 
a.      That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on June 11, 2008 be approved, subject to the conditions contained herein.  
 
b.      That all applicable building and occupancy permits be obtained from the Building Inspection Department.  
 
c.      That the generator and all accessory items be painted a darker / pine green color so as to blend into the surrounding area.  
 
d.      The applicant shall provide proof of an access easement or similar legal document which allows for the generator and accessory items to be maintained & repaired.  A copy of this easement or document shall be submitted to the Director of City Development.  
 
e.      The applicant shall verify the desired location, labeled Option A or Option B, and advise the Director of City Development.  
 
f.      That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired.  
 
g.      That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Plan Commission and no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Common Council.
 
h.      That this permit is subject to Plan Commission review for compliance with the listed conditions.
