Title: Senor de Tlacolula Committee granted permission to close Park Avenue on September 19 for a parade Resolved, that the Senor de Tlacolula Committee be granted permission to close Park Avenue from 6th Street to Water Street, Water Street from Villa Street to Wisconsin Avenue, and Wisconsin Avenue from 3rd Street to 5th Street, on Saturday, September 19, 2009, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., for the Mayordomia del Senor de Tlacolula parade. Further resolved, that permission be granted with the following stipulations: A. A hold harmless agreement be executed. B. Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event. C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor. D. The sponsor shall pay a $250.00 special event fee. Further resolved, that the Commissioner of Public Works/City Engineer and Chief of Police provide limited assistance, in the interest of public safety, to implement this event. Resolved, that the Senor de Tlacolula Committee be granted permission to close Park Avenue from 6th Street to Water Street, Water Street from Villa Street to Wisconsin Avenue, and Wisconsin Avenue from 3rd Street to 5th Street, on Saturday, September 19, 2009, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., for the Mayordomia del Senor de Tlacolula parade.
 
Further resolved, that permission be granted with the following stipulations:
