RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a professional services contract with Earth Tech, Inc., for Inspection and Construction Management Services for the Racine Street Sewer Lining project, at a cost not-to-exceed $17,293.00.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that funds to defray the cost of these professional services be appropriated from Account 985.907.5310, Sanitary Sewer Construction, Various Locations.
