Recommendation of the Public Safety & Licensing Committee on 10-25-2010: That the applicant of The Place on 6th St., 509 6th Street be requested to appear at the next meeting with legal counsel for possible actions. Further recommend that the police department provide further information to the committee on the three dates in question once they review the video.
Further recommend that the applicant of Park 6th, 500 6th Street be requested to appear at the next meeting with legal counsel for possible actions. Further recommend that the police department have all the detailed reports available at the next meeting involving the incident in question.
It is also recommended that the Metro Security be requested to appear at the next meeting to answer questions regarding their reports.
