Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 3-7-2022: That the paid parental leave offered for non-represented employees be increased from 80 hours to 320 hours. Fiscal Note: For the remainder of 2022, the salary and fringe benefit associated with this wellness related benefit will be charged to the insurance fund. Sufficient funds are available in the insurance fund to cover any costs for 2022. While costs will fluctuate from year to year, we will use 2022 to forecast a budget methodology for subsequent years.
