RESOLVED, that Contract 58-05 (K5-066), 2005 CCTV Services & Manhole Inspections, be awarded to Green Bay Pipe & TV Contractors, LLC, Green Bay, WI, at their bid price of $150,661.45, they being the lowest responsible bidder.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding to defray the cost of this public works project be appropriated from the following accounts:
$100,000.00 - Account 985.908.5310, Sanitary Sewer Construction
$ 50,661.45 - Account 104.985.5420, Storm Sewer Project - Various
$150,661.45 - Total
