Racine, WI for professional services for new awnings at the Festival Hall, at a cost not to exceed $2500.00. Fiscal Note: Funds to be transferred from the City Hall Cleaning Account 986.100.5020 to Account 986.108.5020 Festival Hall Awning Plans to cover this cost.
