Further recommends that in the interest of public safety, the Commissioner of Public Works, City Engineer, and Chief of Police be authorized and directed to close the following streets: Wright Ave to West Boulevard crossing Washington Ave West Boulevard to Osborne Blvd to Graceland Cemetery Fiscal Note: Since the City is a co-sponsor of this event, there are no stipulations.
