Title: Permission for Jingle Bell Run to close City streets Resolved, that Jingle Bell Run for Arthritis be granted permission to close Horlick Drive from Rupert Boulevard to Rickman Court and Domanik Drive from Prospect Street to the Lincoln Park parking lot entrance for the Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis, to be held on Saturday, December 9, 2006, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., with the following stipulations: A. A hold harmless agreement be executed. B. Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event. C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor. D. The sponsor shall notify all abutting property owners seventy-two (72) hours in advance of this event. E. The sponsor shall pay a special event fee of $300.00. Further Resolved, that the Commissioner of Public Works/City Engineer and Chief of Police provide limited assistance, in the interest of public safety, to implement this event. Resolved, that Jingle Bell Run for Arthritis be granted permission to close Horlick Drive from Rupert Boulevard to Rickman Court and Domanik Drive from Prospect Street to the Lincoln Park parking lot entrance  for the Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis, to be held on Saturday, December 9, 2006, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., with the following stipulations:
