Resolved, that the Director Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services be authorized and directed to accept a grant in the amount of $21,825.00 from Wisconsin Coastal Management for the purchase of beach mats for North Beach, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to execute the grant agreement.

Further resolved, that formal bidding procedures be waived and that the Purchasing Agent be authorized and directed to negotiate for the purchase of the beach mats.
