Subject: Communication sponsored by Alder Horton, on behalf of the Public Health Department, requesting permission to enter into a Contract Agreement with the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services for the Wisconsin TB Dispensary program.
Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 10-13-2025: That the Department be authorized to enter into a Contract Agreement with the DHS-DPH for the Wisconsin TB Dispensary program.
Fiscal Note: The Wisconsin TB Dispensary contract is a standard purchase order interagency agreement between the City of Racine Public Health Department and the State of Wisconsin. It provides reimbursement for clinical services and medications necessary for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of tuberculosis (TB).
