Director of City Development be authorized to accept a Certified Local Government, Historic Preservation Subgrant for the proposed Melvin Avenue historic district, and the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to enter into agreements and execute all appropriate documents with the Wisconsin Historical Society
Resolved, that the Director of City Development be authorized and directed to accept an award of a Certified Local Government, Historic Preservation Subgrant, Grant Control No. 2009-06, National Register Nomination for the proposed Melvin Avenue historic district.
Further resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a $7,400 agreement with the Wisconsin Historical Society, City Grant Control No. 2009-067, through the Certified Local Government Subgrant to be utilized for a historic preservation professional for the National Register Nomination of the proposed Melvin Avenue historic district.
